EK Digital completed this Survey of mobile phone installation on a high street in East London.
Our Drone was used to record the condition of the support structures and general condition of a mobile phone mast. This enabled the engineer to report on the condition and make recommendations on alterations without the requirement for expensive access equipment and pavement restrictions.
There are always challenges for the drone team, in this case control of the area and the challenges involved with flying the drone close to the installation in relation to high power frequency outputs which could affect the drone.
Mechanical turbulence caused by the close proximity to the building also has to be considered, fortunately our team have the expertise to deal with these issues.
