EK Digital used our state of the art Drone as this ensured there would be no requirement for scaffolding or other access equipment to report on the condition of the building.
The survey inspected the windows to all elevations including in the internal courtyard. Use of drone ensured close inspection of the windows for reporting purposes.
Challenges for our drone team were the location of the building in relation to a very busy highway, and control of the area.
Our experienced team are used to dealing with challenges faced by flying the drone close to the building especially where the neighbouring building was in close proximity requiring the use of a cage for safety.
